Returns/Exchanges
For replacement, the item(s) must be unused and contain manufacturing defect or other legitimate reason(s) approved by our customer service staff. It must also be presented in the original packaging with original printed invoice attached.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt based on the tracking details. There will be no replacement after 14 days. The cost for the return shipping is born by the customer. INGUZ will take care the shipping cost of the resent item.
For Helinox products, the 5 year warranty does not cover cosmetic damage caused by normal uses. Only manufacturing defect and structural damage will be eligible for an exchange. Original invoice is required for the exchange.
